Mee Tyme provides “me time” to busy moms by sending professional Home Managers who assist with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and cooking.
2. What services do you offer?
Our core services include:
House Cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface sanitization)
Laundry (washing, drying, folding, and ironing)
Meal Preparation (basic meal prep, chopping, cooking per your instructions or meal plan)
3. Are your Home Managers trained?
Yes, all our Home Managers are thoroughly vetted, background-checked, and trained to deliver high-quality, respectful, and trustworthy in-home service.
4. How do I book a Home Manager?
You can book via our website by selecting your preferred services, date, and time. You’ll receive a confirmation once the booking is accepted.
5. Can I book recurring services?
Absolutely! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans tailored to your needs. You can manage or modify your schedule at any time.
6. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no extra charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.
7. Do I need to be home during the service?
It's up to you! Many clients prefer to be home the first time. If you're comfortable, you can provide instructions for access (e.g., spare key, smart lock code).
8. What should I provide for the service?
Please provide cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and kitchen tools/ingredients for meal prep. If you prefer us to bring supplies, we can arrange it for an extra fee.
9. Can I customise the tasks for each visit?
Yes! You can leave instructions or speak directly with your Home Manager. We also offer a task checklist during booking to tailor services.
10. What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If anything falls short, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll address it promptly—either by redoing the task or offering a credit.
11. Is my information and home safe?
Absolutely. Your privacy and security are our priority. All Home Managers sign confidentiality agreements and are trained in professional conduct.
12. How does payment work?
Payments are made online via credit/debit card at the time of booking or through your recurring plan. We offer secure payment processing.
13. Are there any hidden charges?
No. Our pricing is transparent. Any additional services or time required will be communicated beforehand for approval.
14. What happens if I book for 3 hours, but the work gets over in 3 hours and 15 minutes?
Our Home Managers charge on an hourly basis and any extra time in 30 minute slots.
So, in this case you pay for 3 hours and 30 minutes.
14. Do you offer deep cleaning or post-party clean-ups?
Yes, we do! These are available as premium services. Just let us know during booking.
15. Can you prepare meals according to dietary restrictions?
Yes, our Home Managers can follow any special instructions, including dietary restrictions or preferred ingredients. Please provide clear directions.
