• You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or inappropriate activity.

• Mee Tyme facilitates the connection between Customers and Service Providers. We do not provide home services directly but offer a platform where Customers can book services from third-party providers.

• Service Providers are responsible for the quality, performance, and delivery of the services they provide.

5. Payments and Fees

• Payments for services provided by third-party Service Providers are processed through the Platform.

• The prices for services will be displayed on the Platform at the time of booking and may vary depending on the type and scope of the service requested.

• We may charge a service fee for using the Platform. Such fees will be disclosed to you during the booking process.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information when booking services and ensure that you are available to receive the service at the agreed-upon time.

• You agree to treat Service Providers with respect and in a manner consistent with the platform’s community guidelines.

• We are not responsible for any disputes between Customers and Service Providers, nor are we liable for any damages caused by Service Providers.

• The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mee Tyme is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the services provided by Service Providers.

11. Termination of Access

• Mee Tyme may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your continued access is detrimental to the Platform or its users.
